Assistant Manager - Plant Administration

Position is responsible for overall compliance to all applicable internal & government rules and regulations. Lead the Suntory Global Spirits administration– Own site at Behror, deliver SGS India Business KPI in EHS, People. Engagement in Operational Excellence initiatives at the unit. Lead employee engagement & represent plant to government offices as per Suntory Global Spirits India policies.

Role Responsibilities

• Handle all external communication/contact person at plant
• CTO management-CGWA
• Consent to operate management-RPCB. Adherences to conditions under CTO, returns & all other documentations.
• Hazardous waste authorization management, disposal & documentation.
• Bio medical waste authorization management & disposal to authorized vendors.
• Work zone environmental monitoring & documentation.
• Water testing & reports submission to departments.
• Obligation fulfillment to Rajasthan Factories & Boiler department.
• Liaison with Fire & Safety department for Fire NOC management.
• Ensure compliance to wadges & benefits for contact employees.
• Plant Layouts/drawings approval from departments.
• FSSAI license management.
• Third party contract Compliance- Wages & benefits
• Monitor the applicable laws, stay on top of the dynamic laws and regulations, make changes to the system as and when required.

Qualifications

• Relevant 7-10 work experience in work force engagement, office administration & compliance management from MNC / Reputed Indian companies.
• Must have experience in Factories Acts, labor laws, CPCB & RPCB CTO compliance requirements Thorough understanding on all applicable Rules & Regulations.
• A strong people person – able to build relationships with shop floor employees, demonstrate BSI leadership behaviors.
• Effective communication and influencing skills.
• Forward Thinker, Good learner & Listener - Seek opportunities to gain experience and develop skills from peers and cross functional team.
• Experience of driving manufacturing excellence – ISO/TRACC
• FSSAI Training & Certification desirable
