Mission of Role 

Executive – Supply chain will ensure effective production planning and timely dispatches by coordinating across functions and leveraging SAP/APO systems. The role drives S&OE process, SC KPI delivery, and risk management for smooth plant operations.

Role Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Execution

  • Derive CY+1 Shipment plan from APO SNP.
  • Derive monthly production plan using APO SNP.
  • Create and manage weekly production orders in SAP in alignment with APO SNP and S&OE Output.
  • Manage line change overs effectively covering all BQS for multiple states of Civil and CSD.
  • Prepare daily dispatch plans in line with production schedules.
  • Liaise with Logistics for day-to-day dispatches for Behror.

2. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Drive cross functional S&OE meetings to have latest updates on shipments, identification of risks and opportunities.
  • Liaise with Commercial, plant, Purchase, Logistics, and Quality teams for seamless operations.
  • Permits planning for depots, distributors and corporation markets as per Shipments plan, target inventory, depot capacity etc. Identify gaps in demand vs previous submissions to take up with respective functions.
  • Split permits planning into truck wise Indents ensuring optimal vehicle utilization, stocks readiness, holograms availability etc. to deliver permits in plant evenly in weekly phasing in line to plant’s weekly shipment capacity.
  • Act as key interface for managing quality-related consumer complaints.
  • Coordinate EVC collection from sales teams weekly.

3. Material & Capacity Management

  • Monitor raw material availability against production requirement.
  • Conduct capacity planning and identify concerns related to capacity and raw material shortages. Highlight associated risks and opportunities in S&OE and to Supply chain leadership.
  • Manage monthly bulk tanks ordering and liaise for customs clearances.

4. Data & System Management

  • Create and maintain master data in SAP and APO as per Business requirement.

5. KPI Monitoring & Reporting

  • Maintain FG inventory in plants, depots and corporations in line with targets and monitor as per Business requirements.
  • Prepare monthly & weekly SC KPI dashboards.
  • Drive weekly S&OE processes and monthly SC & L updates to SC leadership.
  • Deliver key Supply Chain KPIs: OTIF, CFR, production plan adherence.
  • Deliver key Logistics KPIs: Vehicle utilization, detentions & demurrages of Bulk tanks and local shipments.

6. Risk & Opportunity Management

  • Identify risks and opportunities, communication with stakeholders in S&OE and monthly updates to SC leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with experience in Production planning/Supply chain planning roles

7-9 Years of relevant work experience (Alco-Bev industry experience preferred)

Hands-on experience in SAP, MS Excel is must

Exposure to APO SNP is advantage.

Good interpersonal skills
