  • Stakeholder Management: Positioned to influence and interact closely with key business functions (Brand Marketing, Innovation, Regional Marketing, US Sales, National Accounts, eCommerce, Finance, Supply Chain) providing clear visibility to how broader groups need to work together effectively on key brand categories 

Role Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the following for this position:
    • National Marketing Program and Asset Development for Hornitos & Classic brands across all channels of trade in the US Market. This is inclusive of the following: Promotional Programming (i.e. Sweepstakes), POS, Value-Added Packs, Print-on-Demand Templates, Experiential/Sampling Footprints & Activation Guides, Event Templates and eCommerce Digital assets. 
    • Own Merchandising and Display Standards for key programs. 
    • Develop and deploy Program Selling Tools (i.e. Program Sell Sheets) to aid in key customer sell-in by our commercial sales team. 
    • Develop and own content for US Brand Toolkits to aid in communicating our brand experience plans to our commercial sales teams, distributor partners and customers. 
    • Ensure linkage of Marketing plans to Commercial Sales programs (Big Bets, Focus Calendar, KPI Program, National Incentive parameters). 
    • Manage multiple agencies and vendor partners to develop and execute programs and assets

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in Marketing or Field Marketing, preferably with Brand, Regional and Commercial Sales connectivity 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing (Masters preferred); MBA preferred 
  • Industry experience in Consumer Brand Experience or AlcBev is strongly preferred 
  • Proven track record of: 
    • Agency management 
    • Ability to develop marketing programs and assets 
    • Ability to work cross functionally and manage through others, including managing up 
    • Strong deadline management skills – meeting or delivering ahead of schedule 
    • Strategic thinking - able to confidently articulate ideas and present out of the box thinking to large groups 
    • Budget management 
    • Attention to detail
  • Salary Range - The salary range for this role, based in Chicago is $80,000 to $90,000 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate’s location, experience, and skillset.
