Role Responsibilities

    The US Commercial FP&A team works closely with North America Leadership to ensure SGS achieves strategic and financial objectives. It provides decision support through business acumen and financial analysis. Key responsibilities include annual planning, monthly forecasting, strategic commercial decision making, and insights delivery on forecast risk, inventory health, and business performance. Your goal is to ensure that commercial and finance leadership teams receive insight required to meet key strategic and financial objectives for the US business.

•    Provide rigorous analytical support to Leadership 
•    Support annual planning, monthly forecast cycles, and strategic commercial decision-making
•    Assist in the development of the annual budget & forecasting process within Anaplan by providing meaningful insights through financial analysis which will help influence business decisions 
•    Become a knowledge expert of the tools and reporting suites to influence and shape strategic budgets and forecasts through data insights (Anaplan, EDW, Power BI, SAP, etc.) 
•    Coordinate, develop, maintain, and distribute monthly standard reporting for both internal and external reporting purposes 
•    Partner cross-functionally to balance supply, demand, and commercial objectives
•    Deliver executive-level insights on forecast risk, inventory health, and business performance
•    Drive continual improvement of reporting and processes with the ultimate goal of driving consistent, timely, and value-added analysis of management results 
•    Responsible for ad hoc projects and analysis as needed and appropriate 

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s Degree Required 
•    3+ years of experience 
•    Strong Excel skills required 
•    Knowledge of Anaplan cloud base planning software, SAP financial applications and systems preferred, but not required 
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (candidate will develop and maintain key working relationships within the organization that cross over accounting, operations, and commercial finance) 
•    Strong analytical and quantitative skills required

 

Salary Range - The salary range for this role, is $69,000 - 89,000k, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate’s location, experience, and skillset.
