Collaborate with the commercial team to enhance ordering, delivery, and store replenishment within customer workflows, aiming to improve on-shelf availability, Days of Inventory on Hand (DOH), and Stock Out (SO) rates.
Role Responsibilities
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends,and promotional activities to develop accurate demand forecast..
- Provide business sensitivity from a customer / sales / logistics point of view to all areas with which you interface both internally and externally. - Generate collaborative strategies for the main logistic indicators to increase sales, optimize inventories and reduce costs for the companies.
- Generate and analyze performance indicators and actions to correct opportunities in Days of Inventory (DDV), In stock, Forecast Variation and Fill Rate
- Identify and address potential stockouts or overstock situations through proactive communication and planning.
- Analyze, develop and follow up of new listings opportunities at point-of-sale level.
- Efficient response to customer needs and tailor-made commercial plans and service.
- Create the sales forecast and identify exceptions in a timely manner with the sales team, operations, and demand planning.
- Effective processes, that guarantees governance and control of the operation, always working under compliance environment.
- Tracking and aligning sell-out with customers
- Generate and analyze Performance Indicators and actions that correct opportunities in Days of Inventory (DDV), In stock, Forecast Variance and Fill Rate; ensure compliance of such actions from the outlines.
- Validate the performance of the statistical forecast results to ensure a good quality level to be used as a basis for the national sales forecast.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of products.Provide business sensitivity from a customer / sales / logistics point of view to all areas with which you interface both internally and externally.
Qualifications
- Bacherlor’s degree
- Fluent in English (Written & Spoken)
- 3 years of experience in similar roles within the Commercial area.
- FMCG / Spirits / Drinks industry experiences, Spirits experience in industry preferred
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical thinking
- Commercial sense
- Handling of large amounts of data
- Process analysis and automation tools
- Forcasting and elasticity of demand methods
- Development of executive presentations
- Information analysis for decision making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast environment with a high level of attention to detail.
