Role Responsibilities

•    Develop in-depth knowledge of wholesale customers and on-trade accounts to ensure short and long-term business growth.
•    Create and implement customer plans through profitable activities tailored to the wholesale and on-trade channels.
•    Develop successful e-commerce strategies that drive sell-out for our focus brands within wholesale and on-trade environments.
•    Execute comprehensive marketing plans in the on-trade channel, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and seasonal promotions.
•    Collaborate with the sales team to consolidate and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for wholesale and on-trade clients.
•    Identify business growth opportunities and develop actionable plans to enhance sell-out in the wholesale and on-trade sectors.
•    Support forecasting and management processes in collaboration with sales, supply chain, and finance teams.
•    Actively participate in key forums such as Annual Planning and Strategic Planning.
•    Collaborate in the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process to build robust plans for wholesale and on-trade clients.
•    Assist in the preparation of requisitions, monitoring purchase orders, and managing supplier relationships for invoice processing.
•    Control and monitor the marketing budget for wholesale and on-trade activities.
•    Coordinate execution through capable agencies to ensure optimal brand representation.
•    Analyse promotional ideas and seasonal strategies tailored to the wholesale and on-trade markets.
•    Track the development and performance of each promotional activity within these channels.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/LANGUAGES  

•    University Business degree.
•    Fluent English Written & spoken

 

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE    
•    Years of experience: 5 years of experience in Trade Mkt area.
•    Industry experience: 3 years in similar role
•    Travel:  Availability to travel to close regions (30%)
•    Capability to analyze data (Sell in, Sell Out) for our top clients looking for the best recommendation for our JBP.
•    Knowledge about the commercial capabilities of each of our clients.
•    Knowledge of basic finances, looking for ROI of each Stores.
•    Knowledge about the market industry in terms of Iscam
