The Manager of Chains FMB drives profitable brand growth across National and Regional Chain Customers by translating centrally authorized customer strategies, distribution priorities, and consumer programming into exceptional market-level execution. The Manager, FMB Chains ensures that chain customer commitments become measurable gains in distribution, visibility, activation, and consumer engagement.
Role Responsibilities
Execute Chain Customer Commercial Plans
• Translate centrally negotiated customer agreements and commercial priorities into actionable market execution plans, ensuring authorized distribution and programming are delivered consistently across the assigned National and Regional Chain Customer base.
Drive Distribution and Share Growth
• Maximize authorized distribution and availability across chain customers while identifying opportunities to improve brand performance, increase share, and expand the footprint within existing customer relationships.
Deliver In-Outlet Activation Excellence
• Ensure chain programming and execution standards are consistently delivered and measured across Displays, Cold Box, Shelf Placement and Facings
Partner Across Customers, Wholesalers, and Internal Teams
• Coordinate with National and Regional Customers, wholesaler partners, FMB market leadership, and internal commercial teams to resolve execution barriers and ensure customer commitments are translated into successful market implementation.
Drive Consumer Programming at Scale
• Partner with internal Brand Teams to secure programming to execute consumer pull programming at scale with key customers ensuring we create meaningful consumer engagement and strengthen consumer pull for the brands.
Manage Performance and Financial Delivery
• Monitor chain customer performance against distribution, activation, share, and financial objectives; identify gaps and implement corrective actions to ensure delivery of the commercial plan.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in the Spirits, Beer, RTD alcohol categories, with understanding of its route-to-market dynamics.
• Demonstrated track record of developing and executing commercial strategies that drive growth and market share.
• Strong experience working with third-party distributors and managing senior-level trade relationships.
• Experience operating in a matrixed organization, effectively managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments.

The salary range for this role is $95,000- $125,000 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate’s location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.
