What makes this a great opportunity?

As a Senior People Solutions Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for employees and managers across a broad range of HR topics. You will manage queries and cases independently, including more complex matters, while supporting key People Operations activities throughout the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.

A key part of the role is helping us continuously improve the way we deliver HR services. You will identify opportunities to standardize processes, leverage automation and AI, and develop solutions that make HR processes easier and enable employees and managers to resolve more of their needs through self-service.

You will also take ownership of specific HR processes, systems, and reporting, ensuring consistently high standards of data accuracy and process quality. By identifying patterns in employee queries and HR data, you will turn insights into practical improvements to our services and ways of working.

We are looking for a Senior People Solutions Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
