The Customer Service Coordinator will process customer orders accurately and to agreed timelines. The jobholder will act as one point of contact for customers and will provide an outstanding level of customer service.This role will work cross functionally to achieve a world class supply chain with the best systems and processes.

Role Responsibilities

  • Act as key point of contact for all internal and external customers
  • To effectively manage relationships with customers by ensuring regular dialogue and conducting reviewswith market contacts, assisting them to resolve issues locally
  • Control and management of customer complaints
  • Provide accurate order status and delay reasons for weekly operations review
  • Manage order to cash process
  • Manage Product lifecycle RORI and SLOB
  • Maintenance and administration of product list and Customer CMIR table in SAP
  • Provide adequate support and cover for Supply Chain Department (these 3 were in red on the slide)

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in a Customer Service role
  • Knowledge and understanding of market documentation requirements
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service through the whole supply chain.
  • Highly PC literate and able to use business systems effectively, e.g. SAP, Salesforce
  • Works well within a team and under pressure of deadlines
  • Able to work pro-actively and on own initiative
  • Data savvy paired with the ability to understand complex situations quickly
  • Takes accountability for own actions
  • Target and solution-oriented way of working
  • Team player with excellent communication skills

 

This position is open in Glasgow, Scotland.
