Based within our Springburn site in Glasgow, our Graduate Programme will take place over a three-year period. You will work within a number of areas of the business, where you will gain exposure to the world of distillation, engineering and operations, through a number of placements.

What You Need to Apply
We are looking for an enthusiastic Honours Degree Graduate with a minimum of 2:1 Degree. You will be a highly motivated individual with a desire to learn and progress within your career. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills and be flexible, adaptable and resilient.
You love a challenge and are comfortable taking on responsibility. You will thrive on solving problems, possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively collaborate with others.

The Recruitment Process
We are delighted to announce applications for our 2026 Graduate Programme are now open! Applications will be open for a 2-week period, closing at midnight on Friday 17th April 2026.
If your application is shortlisted, you will be invited to attend a three-stage interview process as follows:
· Wednesday 13th May 2026: Assessment Centre Day held at our Glasgow City Centre office.
· Week Commencing Monday 18th May: Teams competency-based interview.
· Week Commencing Monday 1st June: Formal interviews and presentation at our Springburn office.
