Mission of the Role

The position will drive the execution on a luxury brand for one of the portfolio brands for Suntory Global Spirits in India. Entrepreneurial in nature, this role owns delivery of all brand and business metrics for the chosen brand and is expected to represent consumer voice in its decision making. 

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Drive trials and earned media agenda for the brand. Evaluate & execute brand relevant partnerships. Align & brief agencies to drive brand objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive toolkits for the brand at a channel level.
  • Drive the brand advocacy agenda with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Analyze market data and develop in-depth understanding on market via Gemba.
  • Drive digital engagement on the brand. Liaison with internal and external stakeholders on content creation and distribution to increase SOV on the brand.
  • Manage agency relationships on the brand to design and execute brand led elements.

Qualifications

  • Professionally qualified: MBA preferred but not mandatory. 
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Digital or Brand marketing. Preferably in alco-Bev, with exposure to experiential marketing 
  • Led execution of brand campaigns in the past
  • Demonstrate ability to understand consumer / customer insight and attribute to business decision making.
