Role Responsibilities

  • Lead National Chain MOUs & collaborate with regional key accounts teams in meetings with key outlet stakeholders to negotiate, discuss, and close volume and activation delivery month on month basis.
  • Hypercare management for national chains, which contributes 40% of the Key Accounts business.
  • Accountable for driving Execution Excellence for all the channel inputs in National Chains, plan and execute Customized Commercial marketing Programs with NC (In room Dining, Seasonal Gifting, Cuisine-Based Campaigns)
  • Work closely with the CMM, KAMs & ASMs to form the strategy for Must-win accounts delivering Halo accounts, Halo execution, Hakozukuri accounts.
  • Execution of Advocacy Calendar for National Chains (Bespoke Menu, Cocktail Festivals)
  • Helping KAMs/CMM on negotiations to close agreements on Visibility /Space and tracking identified KPI’s of these outlets
  • Responsible for tracking and maintenance of visibility initiatives (Halo, Hokozukuri, Wall bays/ Paid Shelfs) as well as all semi-permanent assets at On Trade outlets.
  • Build a wedding & banquet platform with 5 star properties.
  • Drive performance led investment culture with regular review across various investment inputs (Brand Ambassadors, visibility, consumer promotions, tertiary inputs, new launch plans).
  • Closely monitor the market and competitive landscape to evaluate existing and upcoming opportunities/ challenges and provide hands-on Gemba insights to the stakeholders
  • • Monitor distribution of POSM stock across market as per targets, timeliness, and territory requirements
  • • Act as a pivot in the market to ensure alignment & coordination between the on-field requirement of sales team and the planned promotional initiatives to be rolled-out in the region

Qualifications

  • Qualified Graduate/MBA
  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in the Channel with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Alcobev/ relevant industries
