Role Responsibilities
- Channel Strategy Execution: -
- Lead execution of the 6P and Annual On-Trade and Banquets commercial marketing strategy aligned with business priorities and portfolio ambition.
- Identify segment, sub-channel, and customer opportunities through Gemba to drive Demand Generation of the portfolio
- Translate strategy into actionable market-level activation frameworks.
- Drive & Lead Execution of market-specific plans for premiumization, visibility, menu dominance, and experiential activations.
- Ensure execution scalable toolkits and execution guidelines for regional deployment by partnering with regional teams.
- Cross-Functional Market Execution
- Partner closely with Regional Commercial teams, Sales, Brand Marketing, Procurement, and external agencies for execution excellence.
- Lead planning reviews with market stakeholders to identify gaps and course-correct proactively.
- Track implementation consistency across markets.
- Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Monitor effectiveness of activations and promos through defined KPIs:
- Support PDCA through data driven and Gemba initiatives.
