Role Responsibilities
- Deliver NSV, gross profit, volume, and market share through the right product mix and investments in both Off and On-premises channels by keeping track of supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitor’s activities in their state/s.
- Consolidate and build the sales planning for the state/s (S&OP) and deliver the annual objectives within the budgeted costs by implementing the right sales strategies.
- Engage with top customers in the zone to align on joint commercial objectives and elevate Suntory as the preferred partner.
- Demonstrates and develops behavioral and performance standards for the team, fostering a safe, positive, and achievement- oriented working environment
- Drive sales development initiatives like visibility programs, distribution expansion, and efficiency building programs. Assist in designing market development initiatives based on competitor activities and market intelligence.
- Customize channel strategy with commercial marketing for the state/s and drive the trade/marketing activity calendar for both on and off-premise channels.
- Adheres to ensures state team’s adherence to customer service norms, code of conduct, and local laws to deliver business objectives in a compliant way.
- Ensure receivables and statutory documents are received within agreed timelines and as per company norms.
- Coordinate with internal and external customers for timely renewals of labels/licenses, and new brand registrations. Manage the availability of products through coordination with customers, supply chain, and credit team for the state/s.
- Drive sales automation programs and data analysis using the latest IT tools for superior results.
Qualifications
- Graduate with an MBA/PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing/Business Management.
- Minimum 15 years of experience
