Become a Catalyst for Global Expansion: Step into a pivotal role within our Global Insights and Analytics function, directly influencing the strategic direction of our global and regional brands in our International team . You will partner with regional, local, and Global Brand House teams to unlock profound insights that fuel both short-term wins and long-term sustainable growth.
Master the Global Outlook: Develop a deep, comprehensive understanding of our global performance, analyzing financial data, market share, category dynamics, and segment trends. You will dissect the drivers of success and identify key areas for optimization.
Transform Data into Actionable Strategy: Deliver compelling, action-oriented recommendations based on sophisticated analytics. You will analyze outcomes (shares, growth) and drivers (pricing, promotions, distribution, channel dynamics), uncovering hidden business opportunities and quantifying the ROI of strategic initiatives.
Champion Strategic Storytelling: Translate complex data into clear, concise, and impactful narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, from senior leadership to cross-functional teams.
Role Responsibilities
Global Market Forecasting:
• Lead the development and execution of global spirits market forecasts, incorporating trends, brand plans, and macro-economic factors.
• Drive the utilization of consumption forecasting and predictive analytics capabilities into business processes through collaboration with demand planning, finance, and corporate strategy.
• Enable organizational comfort/expertise around forecasting methodologies and applications
• Partner with Innovation and Global brand teams to develop innovation forecasts to facilitate stage-gate decision making and to enable supply and distributor planning
International Region / Analytics Support:
• Provide analytical support to drive data-driven decision-making across the international region.
• Develop and implement analytical models to assess market trends and performance metrics for International Region.
Thought Leadership:
• Act as a thought leader in the field, contributing to strategic discussions and initiatives that enhance the company’s position in the market.
• Prepare and present insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Strategic Vendor Partnerships:
Maximize the Value of Data Partnerships: Cultivate strategic relationships with leading data providers (Nielsen NIQ, Circana, IWSR, Kantar, Toluna, Global Data etc.), ensuring maximum ROI through high-quality data acquisition and collaborative thought leadership.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience of commercial/ business analytics with strong application experience (Client Side)
- Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in Business Analytics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics / Statistics /Computer Science
- Proven experience in synthesizing and driving business impact utilizing information from multiple disparate sources (including but not limited to Nielsen NIQ/Circana syndicated data, distributor data, first-party retailer data)
- Passionate about Consumer Insights, data and Market trends
- Analytical and strategic mindset to think about the near- and longer-term team and evolution of analytics capabilities
- Proficiency visualization tools / BI / analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is required
- Basic knowledge in Data Manipulation (SQL, ETL) and Modelling skills (R, Python, SPSS, SAS)
- Strong communication and presentation skills with proven track record of using insights to influence executive sand colleagues to action
- Ability to work independently and strong sense of individual accountability. Works with fair level of autonomy, can prioritize, but knows when to escalate problems
- High degree of numeracy and analysis
- Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously / multi-tasking .
- Industry experience in AlcBev is a plus, CPG experience a must
