Utilizing your entrepreneur-mindset and deep understanding of systems available, you’ll deliver best-in-class, high-quality, engaging, and effective Trade & VIP focused experiences.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally across internal hospitality teams to deliver best-in-class trade and VIP hospitality experiences.
Role Responsibilities
- You will be the day-to-day manager of the Trade and VIP Experience Leads. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement to keep up with trends in the trade
- Work cross-functionally across internal teams and external vendors/partners to implement best in class Trade and VIP hospitality experiences
- You will be the leader in delivering custom experiences for Trade and VIP partners
- Executional excellence in the performance of these brand building programs
- Work collaboratively with the Consumer Experience Manager in the training and continuing education of Bourbon Specialist Team
- Create, implement, and find ways to continuously improve customer experience from booking to departure
- Responsible for reviewing all incoming Trade/VIP requests and compiling background information to best tailor the experience to the group
- Collaborate with hospitality managers to create, plan, and execute luxury experiences
- Identify and communicate notable groups to distillery and commercial leadership when applicable
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ successful operations and marketing experience in the Spirits industry
- Minimum 3 years of people manager experience
- Highly energetic and motivating person – capable of building and championing Suntory Global Spirits' goal of being “The World's Most Admired Spirits Company.”
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work under pressure, balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely strong communication (written and oral)
- PC application proficiency in the areas of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PPT, and Word
- Understanding of spirits industry business acumen, including knowledge of the three-tier system
- Robust knowledge of the American Whiskey category
- Proven self-starter with a track record of driving results
- Education- College Degree Required
