Role Responsibilities
- As part of academic training, the HR Trainee will carry out a set of roles and projects across the HR function, allowing them to apply their academic knowledge to the day-to-day life of an HR professional in a multinational corporation.
- Assist in various HR projects that may include recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, performance management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Support the HR team in maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and managing HR databases.
- Participate in the development and delivery of HR programs and initiatives that align with the company's goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of HR processes and policies.
- Contribute ideas and insights to improve HR practices and enhance employee experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Ability to handle information in a confidential manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Agile, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to develop strong, trusting relationships with colleagues.
- Proactive and takes initiative in completing tasks and projects.
- Responds positively to change and demonstrates a willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
