Insights Trainee is accountable for supporting the marketing team on consumer, markets trends-driven, opportunity identification and development of marketing strategies & programs to drive profitable volume growth for our brands.

Role Responsibilities

 

· Market Analysis: Understanding market dynamics and drivers of performance, responsible for information updates and data bases regular deliveries.

· Brand Health Tracking: understanding drivers of consumer preference and choice, capabilities to manage extra analysis using dashboards.

· Mix optimization projects: ensure good set up and follow up of the different projects (concept, packaging, communication, product test)

· Measure & Evaluation: ensure discipline on programs evaluation thru success metrics criteria to allow learnings development and continuous Improvement on brand business performance.

· Brand Investments: Manage brand investments of its brands, reporting systems, SAP POs/PRs

· Develop and maintain a relationship with key internal partners (MK, Commercial MK, Commercial, Finance, logistic, LT, etc.) and also external stakeholders (agencies, wholesalers, clients, etc.)

Qualifications

Education

University Degree in Marketing, Market Research, Finance, Sociologist

Language

Fluent in both Spanish and English.

Experience required

· Nice to have, not required

Functional Competencies/Knowledge and skills

· High level of alertness and curiosity towards trends, brands, consumer insight/ behaviors/ passion points

· Good analytic skills

· Advance usage of Excel and Power Point.

· Orientation to problem solving beyond conventional wisdom. Generating creative solutions.

· Good Communication and Presentation Skills

· Writing (ability to capture information and present it in a structured logical way that helps readers arrive to a desired conclusion

· Ability to generate close and honest relationships with other areas in the company
