The Global RGM CoE Manager plays a key role in strengthening global Revenue Growth Management capabilities by driving consistency, simplification and capability building across core RGM areas. This role helps translate strategic priorities into scalable frameworks, tools, processes and guidance that support better decision-making across markets and functions.

 

The Global RGM CoE Manager acts as a key connector across Global, Regional and market teams, partnering closely with RGM, Finance, IT and Brand stakeholders to improve RGM reporting, governance, ways of working and adoption of best practices. It combines strategic thinking with strong cross-functional leadership and business partnering to shape scalable, business-relevant solutions and support the continuous evolution of the CoE in line with organizational needs.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Pricing Strategy & RGM Frameworks
    • Support the development, deployment and continuous improvement of global pricing and RGM frameworks, guidelines and methodologies.
    • Support the coordination and annual review of I3Ns, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and consistency with broader brands and company’s priorities.
    • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure frameworks remain relevant to business needs and aligned across regions.

 

 

  1. Reporting, Tools & Data Enablement
    • Lead the development and continuous improvement of global RGM reporting, dashboards and tools to support business decision-making.
    • Translate RGM business needs into reporting logic, requirements and user-oriented solutions in partnership with IT, data teams and external partners.
    • Drive data consistency, harmonization and adoption of reporting solutions across regions and functions.

 

  1. Governance, Processes & Ways of Working
    • Establish and improve RGM governance frameworks, processes and templates that support effective pricing and RGM decision-making.
    • Drive simplification, clarity and consistency in ways of working across teams and regions.
    • Ensure key processes are well documented, clearly communicated and continuously improved based on evolving business priorities.

 

  1. Stakeholder Management, Community & Capability Building
    • Act as a key point of contact across Global and Regional RGM, Finance, FP&A, IT, Brand Houses and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Foster alignment, collaboration and best-practice sharing across the RGM community.
    • Support capability building through training, communication materials and knowledge-sharing platforms that improve understanding and adoption of RGM tools, frameworks and processes.

 

  1. CoE Delivery & Continuous Improvement
    • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Global RGM CoE by identifying opportunities to improve tools, processes and business support.
    • Ensure the CoE continues to evolve in line with changing business needs and company priorities, while maintaining continuity, quality and focus across its core areas of support.
    • Bring structure, prioritization and execution discipline across multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.

 

Qualifications

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Significant experience in Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Pricing or Commercial Finance, ideally within FMCG/CPG or a similarly matrixed consumer business environment.
  • Strong understanding of pricing and RGM principles, reporting and commercial business performance drivers.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and business recommendations.
  • Experience working with reporting tools, data sets and systems, with strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively in both written and spoken form.
  • Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and cross-cultural collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, seniority levels and regions.
  • Self-starter mindset with curiosity and initiative, combined with the ability to work independently when needed, collaborate effectively as part of a team, and operate confidently in a changing environment.
  • Strong interest in understanding the key drivers of commercial business performance and identifying opportunities to improve them.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics, think beyond the surface level, dive deeply into analysis and data, and make recommendations without having perfect data.
