Role Responsibilities

  • Manage and own financial planning cadence in partnership with FDs / S&OP and Market FP&A
  • Close collaboration with Global FP&A
  • Ensure accurate and assertive reporting to Corporate (MMF, BD3 questions, BD5, Regional S&OP alignment, GIR alignment…)
  • Provide ad-hoc request and explanations to the business 
  • Responsible for monthly reporting and analysis of financial results
  • Preparation of financial analysis requested by Finance leadership team
  • Provide decision support and handle ad hoc requests
  • Lead and Support annual planning process including annual Budget and 3-year Operating plan as well as owning International Central P&L
  • Partner with counterparts in the business unit to develop insights on monthly results and forecast
  • Drive continuous improvement and simplification of reporting and planning processes
  • Cooperate with Region finance investments e.g. Region BI, Capex, Innovation, and Trade Investment reporting and analysis
  • Work closely with BU and Corporate partners to improve investment forecast accuracy versus plan while creating value in process
  • Partner with BU Marketing leads to understand and support investing in the strategic pillars
  • Cooperate and monitor project investments and Capex [Cash flow] closely working with Global Supply Chain, Controlling Team for accurate submission
  • Provide ad-hoc support to Region / BU FP&A and champion simplification and strategic focus
  • Partner with the Commercial Finance FD and BU MD to develop long-term planning and provide financial guidance to strategic planning
  • Build strong cross-functional collaboration and promote continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • +8 years experience within FMCG or CPG in complementary previous business-near roles in Finance Bachelor/Masters in Business / Finance or related field
  • Strong business & finance acumen combined with an understanding of data management
  • Analytical and logical skills with ability to manipulate, analysis, present findings based on data
  • Communication & presentation skills
  • Exceptional business partnering and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong skillset in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to work cross functional & cross-cultural
  • Pro-active mindset
  • Selling skills to influence without formal authority new processes / ways of workings and convince stakeholders
  • Flexibility to change priorities depending on business and work in a dynamic environment
  • Stress resistance: handling different projects at the same time, and work towards tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • +8 years experience within FMCG or CPG in complementary previous business-near roles in Finance
  • Proven track record in Project and/or Change Management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset

  • Strong technical mindset and experience with state-of-the-art data solution
  • Strong self-management and experience with leading teams without formal reporting line
