This position is based in Madrid, Spain and will appeal to you if you are looking to manage the end-to-end employee life cycle. You will play a critical role in managing all aspects of employee relations from Onboarding to Offboarding, bringing your unique experience and perspective, fostering a productive workplace environment, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide responsive and employee-focused support to employees and managers on HR-related queries and issues that cannot be resolved through self-service, applying sound judgment within established policies and procedures.
- Support compliance with local employment legislation and Employee Relations requirements, identifying potential risks and escalating complex or higher-risk matters as appropriate.
- Advise employees and managers on employment contracts, People Solutions policies, procedures, and standard HR practices, ensuring consistent interpretation and application.
- Coordinate monthly employee and payroll changes, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to the payroll team.
- Provide support to assigned employee populations, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of global, regional, and local People initiatives and projects, contributing to effective execution, change adoption, and consistent employee experience.
- Administer local employee benefit programs, acting as a key liaison with employees, providers, and internal stakeholders on eligibility, coverage, records, billing, and related queries.
- Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems, perform regular audits, and prepare HR reports, data extracts, and ad hoc analysis to support People and business needs.
- Contribute to the simplification, standardization, and automation of People processes, helping reduce complexity and improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.
Qualifications
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Law or Labor Relations preferred.
- Confident written and verbal English communication
- Experience working on transformation and automation projects/ initiatives
- Experience working with HR systems – SuccessFactors preferred
