As a eCommerce Product Manager, this person will be responsible for owning and leading the strategy, development, and optimisation of digital products and platforms that drive online sales. Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Translate complex business problems into actionable technical solutions.
  • Define and implement project management processes to ensure clear priorities, structured workflows, and effective progress tracking across multiple initiatives.
  • Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and business stakeholders to define clear, actionable product requirements, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-impact solutions.
  • Continuously analyse the digital customer journey to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Leverage eCommerce business knowledge and strong communication skills to build and nurture strong relationships with business stakeholders, effectively bridging technical and commercial perspectives.
  • Maintain a pulse on technology and eCommerce trends, proactively recommending enhancements.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree with a focus on Digital Business, E-commerce, or related disciplines is highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of strong experience as an IT Business Analyst or Product Manager.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and launching ecommerce stores, including end-to-end management of online product catalogs, payment gateways, user experience optimisation, and integration with third-party services.
  • Significant experience gathering and translating business requirements into clear, actionable features.
  • Skilled in creating functional documentation that supports development and ensures value delivery.
  • Collaborative mindset with proven effectiveness working across cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders, prioritising stakeholder management and excelling in requirements gathering.
  • An analytical mindset combined with business acumen to interpret customer behavior, sales data, and market trends.
  • Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Desired Requirements:

  • ECommerce management experience, leading and coordinating cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, customer service, and supply chain to deliver a cohesive online shopping experience.
  • Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) design principles to enhance the overall customer journey, along with proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma.
  • Demonstrates strong technical expertise and a proactive, data-driven mindset to drive product innovation, prioritise features, and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Knowledge of data analytics, personalisation tools, and data privacy practices.
