Role Responsibilities
- Translate complex business problems into actionable technical solutions, creating a roadmap that aligns with enterprise goals and customer needs.
- Define and implement project management processes to ensure clear priorities, structured workflows, and effective progress tracking across multiple initiatives.
- Serve as the technical thought leader, guiding the design and implementation of digital experiences across web, e-commerce, and data integration layers.
- Build and nurture relationships with business stakeholders, crafting compelling presentations that articulate product vision, value, and delivery plans.
- Partner with UX and marketing teams to ensure seamless, data-informed user journeys and operational readiness.
- Lead engineering teams and third-party vendors, fostering accountability, clear roles and responsibilities, and continuous improvement.
- Drive platform integration initiatives, including APIs, personalization strategies, and data management frameworks, with strong project governance.
- Leverage data insights to inform prioritization and iterate quickly on solutions that resonate with customers.
- Maintain a pulse on technology trends and proactively recommend tools and approaches to enhance digital delivery.
- Create project plans, define milestones, and ensure on-time delivery by actively managing risks and dependencies.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in technical product management or digital product leadership.
- Proven track record delivering complex digital initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Deep experience in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and understanding of cloud services (Azure, AWS, or similar).
- Experience managing integrations with CMS, e-commerce, or data platforms to create seamless customer experiences.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to create presentations that align stakeholders behind a shared vision.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working with Salesforce (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud).
- Exposure to UX design processes and familiarity with tools such as Figma.
- Knowledge of data analytics, personalization tools, and data privacy practices.
- Background in e-commerce or digital marketing technology.
Salary Range - The salary range for this role, based in New York, NY is $150k-160k, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate’s location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.
