At the heart of business challenges, the Commercial Marketing team oversees three key areas of expertise: Trade Marketing, Sales Activation, and Category & Performance Analysis. These activities span over all our distribution channels: Mass Retailers (GMS), On-Trade (CHR), and Specialist Retailers (Cavistes). The team therefore plays a central strategic role and acts as a connector between Sales, Marketing, and several key external partners.
The GMS Category Management & Trade Marketing Assistant will support the Commercial Marketing Manager GMS in rolling out our strategies within the Mass Retail channel, with the objective of developing the Group’s brands, with a focus on Jim Beam, Laphroaig, and Toki.
This apprenticeship (alternance) represents a truly hands-on professional experience at the core of modern mass retail challenges. Integrated into the Commercial Marketing team, the apprentice will be exposed to the full range of performance levers in Grocery Retail and will actively contribute to both operational and analytical projects. The role offers direct exposure to the team’s strategic thinking and key business topics, within a demanding yet highly formative environment. The apprentice will benefit from structured support, enabling a progressive increase in autonomy.
