The following position is open in Jalisco, Mexico.

Coordinar las actividades del proceso de jima en predio, asegurar la calidad de la ejecución de las actividades y administrar al personal a su cargo
Role Responsibilities
- Revisar que el personal a su cargo cuente con el equipo de protección necesario para la ejecución de sus actividades y realizar platica de 5 minutos. *
- Verificar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones de calidad para el proceso de jima. *
- Ejecutar el plan semanal de jima y asegurar la entrega de kilogramos programados. *
- Revisión de remanente de piñas en predio y caminos después de la jima.
- Manejo de inventarios de agave por predio.
- Control de asistencia del personal. *
- Seguimiento a tableros TPM de vehículos, tractores e implementos. *
- Responsable de traslado de personal casa-predio-casa. *
- Seguimiento a checklist de tractor, camión, llenado de documentos.
- Ante cualquier riesgo hacia la seguridad, calidad, inocuidad o al medio ambiente, debes parar la actividad y esperar a que se garanticen las condiciones adecuadas". los trabajadores en cada nivel del SOTS asumen la responsabilidad y autoridad de aquellos aspectos sobre los que tienen control.
- Ante cualquier Documento CAPA asignado al área o en lo personal, brindar atención oportuna a las actividades asignadas para lograr el cierre de esta sin demora injustificada.
