O Executivo de On Trade Senior será responsável por gerenciar diversas contas importantes no canal on trade na região de São Paulo, SP, com o objetivo de desenvolver e fortalecer nossas marcas por meio de um plano de negócios e ativações consistente.
Role Responsibilities
- Negociar e gerenciar as principais contas e contratos no canal de On Trade na região;
- Responsável por criar e acompanhar planos de negócios e ativações com os clientes, visando o crescimento das vendas da empresa e do canal de distribuição; Acompanhamento dos resultados de promoções e ativações;
- Treinamento da equipe do canal On Trade;
- Suporte indireto ao canal On Trade com treinamento da equipe de vendas e negociações especiais;
- Execução impecável das marcas em todas as contas
Qualifications
- Bacharelado em Administração, Marketing, Comunicação ou áreas afins;
- Experiência prévia no canal On Trade (experiência em empresas de bebidas alcoólicas é um diferencial);
- Alto nível de habilidade em negociação, com uma abordagem ganha-ganha e foco na construção de relacionamentos de longo prazo;
- Abordagem prática, focada em resultados;
- Bom entendimento de construção de marca e marketing para o canal On Trade.
