Partnering closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams, the Commercial Finance Manager will:

 

• Provide financial leadership and insights to support commercial strategy
• Drive data-based decision making across pricing, trade investments and customer profitability
• Lead financial planning processes supporting the Commercial organization
• Collaborate with multiple functions including Commercial, FP&A, Supply Chain, IT, Tax and GBS

 

The position offers strong exposure across the organization and an opportunity to develop deep commercial and financial expertise within Beam Suntory’s global network.

Role Responsibilities

Commercial Business Partnering

 

• Act as the main Finance Business Partner for the Commercial organization in Brazil
• Support Sales leadership and Key Account Managers in evaluating commercial opportunities and trade investments
• Provide financial insights to optimize customer, channel and brand profitability

 

Financial Planning & Analysis

 

• Lead the commercial financial planning process including Budget, Forecast and Long-Range Planning
• Monitor business performance versus plan, identifying risks and opportunities
• Provide clear financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

 

Revenue Growth Management

 

• Support development and execution of Revenue Growth Management strategies, including pricing architecture, trade investment and promotional effectiveness
• Analyze commercial initiatives to ensure strong return on investment

 

Performance Analysis & Business Insights

 

• Conduct profitability analysis across customers, channels, brands and SKUs
• Leverage multiple data sources to triangulate insights and identify trends
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations to support business decisions

 

Commercial Governance & Process

 

• Support the development and implementation of the Brazil Commercial Policy, including pricing structures, trade terms and promotional mechanics
• Ensure commercial agreements are accurately reflected in company systems (SAP, TPM, Salesforce)
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial execution is properly supported

Qualifications

Education

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus

 

Experience

 

• 6+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Business Partnering roles
• Experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods industry preferred

 

Technical Skills

 

• Strong financial and analytical capabilities
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and financial planning tools
• Ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights
