Role Responsibilities

Market & Consumer Insights

  • Identify opportunities by analyzing market trends, competition, and consumer behavior through research and field checks.

Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute annual brand plans, including positioning, messaging, and target audiences.
  • Analyze market, competition, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Adjust strategies as needed to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
  • Capture key learnings and apply insights to future planning.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, events, and traditional channels.
  • Select and manage agencies aligned with SGS Korea Marketing needs.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, resources, and media plans to optimize results.

Brand Performance & Analysis

  • Establish and track KPIs for brand health, awareness, consideration, and loyalty.
  • Analyze campaign and brand performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews to identify improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Global Brand House, APAC, Commercial, and Operations teams to align priorities and drive business impact.
  • Balance global direction with Korea market needs through close stakeholder collaboration.
  • Champion the brand internally and manage external agencies, vendors, and partners.

Budget Management

  • Manage Marketing BI spending and effectiveness in alignment with Finance and Commercial.

People Management & Development

  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their potential.
  • Set objectives, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews for direct reports.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10-13 years of progressive experience in brand marketing and marketing management
  • Fluent level of English proficiency required for both written and verbal communication

 

Relationships

  • Reports to Marketing Director
  • 1 Direct Report
  • Closely involved with all business functions including; Commercial team, MDC, Finance, HR etc.
