1. Industry Market Analysis
Lead the analysis of the alcoholic beverage industry, market dynamics, and E-Commerce channel trends to support business decision-making.
- Drive quarterly market reviews by leveraging external data partners, E-Commerce data, and market intelligence resources.
- Consolidate, analyze, and interpret market trends, category developments, consumer insights, competitive activities, and E-Commerce channel performance.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable market reports to key stakeholders to support strategic and commercial decision-making.
- Monitor key E-Commerce industry developments, shopper behavior, channel evolution, and emerging digital commerce trends.
- Proactively identify emerging opportunities and risks within the industry and E-Commerce landscape and provide recommendations to the business.

2. Category Analysis and Business Performance Management
All category development, primary focus on RTD across Off-Trade and E-Commerce channels, driving continuous business improvement through a PDCA-based approach.
- Facilitate monthly business review meetings and lead category and brand performance discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analyze category performance, with RTD as the primary focus category, while supporting broader category assessments as business priorities evolve.
- Identify business challenges and opportunities through category, channel, customer, and brand performance analysis.
- Gather relevant internal and external information, develop hypotheses, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Category teams to drive the PDCA cycle from issue identification to action planning and execution.
- Develop clear and impactful materials, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and business implications to stakeholders.
- Ensure insights and recommendations are translated into practical actions that contribute to category growth and business objectives across Off-Trade and E-Commerce channels.

3. Key Account Business Planning and Performance Management
Support the development and execution of key account business plans in collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams to drive sustainable growth and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate key account performance against business targets, identifying opportunities and risks through ongoing sales and promotion analysis.
- Support the planning and review of key account promotional activities and annual customer initiatives to ensure alignment with business priorities and category strategies.
- Develop fact-based customer, channel, and category performance analyses to support commercial discussions, business reviews, and customer negotiations.
- Capture and share key learnings from promotional activities and key account performance reviews, translating insights into actionable recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- At least 5 years of commercial or marketing experience in FMCG industry, at least 2 years of Modern Off trade commercial or planning experience with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven and be accountable, results oriented, solution provider, pragmatic, with a flexible and positive "can do" approach to challenges and difficulties.
- Strong analytic and strategic capabilities (Objectives driven strategic thinking based on analysis which leads to key insights to build hypotheses and strategy).
- Strong experience in KA with full understanding of its business nature and key drivers to achieve target while controlling spending.
- Fundamental financial knowledge and sense.
- Sound Windows software skills especially Excel and Power point & analytic capabilities
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both verbal and written.
