Role Responsibilities

工作内容:

  • 1. 专业品牌教育  
  • 1. Brand Education Expertise  
  •    - 面向经销商、顶级酒吧、五星酒店及零售终端开展品牌历史/蒸馏工艺/品鉴培训

- Conduct brand immersion training/tasting for distributors, premium bars, hotels & retailers

- 设计并执行沉浸式品牌体验(大师班、客座调酒、品鉴会)  

- Develop masterclasses/mixology/tasting events to elevate brand perception  

  • 2. 高端渠道开拓  
  • 2. Premium Channel Development

- 与酒吧主理人、调酒师及采购决策层建立战略合作,提升品牌在高端渠道份额  

- Build good relationships with bar owners, head bartenders & buyers  

- 收集市场趋势与竞品动态,制定区域品牌教育推广策略

- Collect & analyze market trends to optimize regional brand education and promotion strategy    

  • 3. 跨部门协作
  • 3. Commercial Collaboration    

- 联动区域销售团队提供专业支持,驱动重点客户销量增长  

- Partner with regional sales team to drive key account growth with professional support 

- 配合市场部落地全国性 campaign  

- Execute national marketing campaigns locally

4. Event management

- 主导上海及周边城市品牌教育活动(年均出差≥50%)

- Manage brand education events across East China (≥50% travel required)   

Qualifications

- 行业背景:  

- Credentials:  

  3-5年国际洋酒品牌教育工作经验

  3-5 years in luxury spirits brand education   

  持有WSET烈酒二级(三级更佳)/EWA等国际认证

  WSET Level 2+ Spirits/EWA certification

- 渠道经验:  

- Channel Experience:  

  2年以上调酒师或酒吧管理实战背景

  2+ years as bartender/bar manager

- 语言能力:  

- Language: 

  中英文流利(工作语言级)  

  Fluent English & Mandarin (Working proficiency)  

  第三语言(日语等)可加分  

  Third language (French/Japanese) preferred  

- 关键素质:  

- Critical Competencies:  

  接受高频次跨省出差

  Proven adaptability to extensive travel

  精通烈酒品类知识与鸡尾酒创新  

  Deep spirits knowledge & cocktail innovation skills
