Role Responsibilities
This role is designed as an immersive introduction to the fast-paced world of FMCG marketing and alcohol drinks business. As a Marketing Trainee, you will be integrated into our brand team to gain hands-on, practical experience by directly working with our Brand Managers. The position offers a unique opportunity to develop a foundational understanding of full-spectrum brand management while contributing to tangible business projects. A significant focus of this traineeship will be on gaining exposure to and supporting the dynamic Ready-to-Drink (RTD) category, providing you with specialized experience in one of the industry's most exciting segments. This role is ideal for an individual eager to learn, ready to take on responsibility, and looking to build a strong foundation for a future career in marketing.
You will play a key supportive role in the day-to-day operations of the brand team, with a focus on:
Campaign Project Support:
Assist the brand team in preparing for marketing campaigns (e.g., material collection, content proofing, agency liaison).
Support campaign execution by monitoring timelines, collecting data, and organizing assets for post-campaign analysis.
Participate in project meetings, capture clear action points, and help track progress to ensure flawless execution.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Available to intern from July to December 2026, for a minimum of 4 days per week.
A strong and demonstrated passion for marketing and the FMCG industry; a specific interest in the Ready-to-Drink (RTD) category is a significant plus.
Meticulous, responsible, and reliable with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
Proficiency in Japanese is a advantage.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
Prior experience in student clubs, associations, or other internships is preferred.
