We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Wholesaler Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our wholesale partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence within the wholesale channel.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our presence within assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key wholesaler partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and upselling potential within existing accounts.
  • Lead regular Joint Business Planning with wholesaler partners
  • Ensure forecast accuracy in monthly demand forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to meet client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining strong partner relationships.
  • Accrual planning and ensuring accurate claims processing
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to promote our brand and strengthen relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all account activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in wholesale or key account management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Knowledge of the alcohol market landscape.
  • Existing relationships within wholesale networks.
  • Multilingual abilities (if applicable).
