Role Responsibilities

The Brand Manager, RTD will lead brand strategy, annual planning, and end-to-end marketing execution to drive business growth. This role owns brand performance, consumer and market insights, integrated communications, new product launches, and cross-functional collaboration with regional, trade marketing, and agency partners.

Brand Strategy & Business Performance

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans that deliver brand growth, market share, and business results.
  • Manage brand P&L responsibilities, including annual A&P budget planning, tracking, and optimization.
  • Use market data, consumer research, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and anticipate market trends.

Innovation & Portfolio Development

  • Collaborate closely with regional teams to lead new product launches, from market readiness and positioning to go-to-market execution.
  • Ensure launch plans are consumer-centric, commercially viable, and aligned with overall brand strategy.

Integrated Marketing Communications

  • Develop effective IMC strategies and communication plans to achieve brand objectives across ATL, BTL, digital, PR, events, and social channels.
  • Lead creative, media, digital, PR, and activation agency partners to deliver high-quality execution and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage brand-owned social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LINE, to strengthen engagement and support business objectives.

Trade Activation & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the trade marketing team (MDC) to plan and activate trade promotions, retail programs, and consumer-facing initiatives.
  • Work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent brand execution across consumer touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of brand marketing experience; experience in beverage, alcohol, spirits, RTD, or FMCG is preferred.
  • Strong experience in ATL and BTL communication development, including advertising, PR, events, digital, and consumer activation.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Japanese language capability is a plus.
