Role Responsibilities

  • Marketing Campaign Coordination: Support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Shopper marketing: Support execution of BTL activities by partnering with Sales, Shopper Marketing teams to deliver impactful customer programs, manage activation assets, coordinate retailer requirements, track performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Innovation: Support product development and Go-To-Market activities including launch planning, POS development, sales tools, asset creation, stakeholder coordination and post-launch evaluation.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and channels.
  • Social Media Management: Lead managing social media presence, creating engaging content, and monitoring brand mentions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Events: Support large scale/ lead small scale planning and execution of brand-related events and activities.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the brand budget, tracking spending, and raising purchase orders.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on brand performance and marketing
  • Cross Functional Partnership: ability to work autonomously across functions (Category, Shopper, Sales) to ensure all Brand projects meet milestones and budgets.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years previous in consumer marketing experience
  • Business or marketing degree qualified
  • Liquor, Beverage or FMCG experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with marketing software tools.
